I wake up exhausted every single day — is this normal?

I've been in corporate banking for 6 years and lately I wake up already tired. I sleep 8 hours but it doesn't help. My doctor says I'm physically fine. Anyone else experienced this?

My inbox has 847 unread emails. I don't know where to start.

I took 3 days off and came back to complete chaos. My manager keeps adding tasks before I finish the current ones. I feel like I'm drowning. How do you prioritise when everything is 'urgent'?

My team lead gives contradictory instructions — how do I handle this?

On Monday he says do X, on Wednesday he says the opposite. When I point it out he gets defensive. I'm spending more time managing his confusion than doing actual work. This is driving me insane.

Micromanager is killing my productivity — any advice?

My manager checks in every 30 minutes, questions every decision, and CC's himself on all my emails. I've been in marketing for 8 years and I feel like a junior. How do others deal with this?

Working from home but never actually 'off work' — boundaries?

Since WFH started I work from 7am to 9pm. My family barely sees me. My company expects 24/7 availability. I know I need to set boundaries but I'm scared of being seen as not committed. Help.
